• Sale of guns, ammo, accessories, training, memberships and range time

• Practices extreme safe firearm handling at all times

• Serious candidates who are able to pass drug screening, including cannabis

• Ability to effectively communicate clearly with customers

• Work with like-minded people who are professional, courteous, hardworking and reliable

• High ethical standards and hardworking mindsets are key

• Bilingual and multilingual are a PLUS!

• High efficacy sales techniques

• Promote products and in-house services and training

• Ability to draw conclusions and make solid recommendations

• Persuasive presentation skills

• Ability to upsell products and 'close the sale'

• Greet and attend to every customer

• Basic typing and computer-based application skills

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email or in person

• Take orders and respond to inquiries both by phone and email

• Accurately and efficiently input customer data to complete background checks

• Full time with rotating weekend shifts
