CQT has a complete offering of self defense and combative classes. Our courses take advantage of our mat room and will get your blood flowing.  Courses are open to all levels of experience.

WOMEN'S BASIC SELF DEFENSE

CQT's Women's Self Defense 1 class is 4 hours of instruction and application of techniques discussed and demonstrated. Students will learn how to break initial contact, disable the attacker, choke and bear hug defenses from the front and behind in addition to basic reflexive strikes.

This is a great introduction to basic self defense  techniques.

Gear Requirements: Comfortable Clothing, Water Bottle, Mouth  Guard(optional).

COMBATIVES

Defensive tactics related to real world scenarios. Each class day will cover different combatives techniques such as boxing, kick boxing, Mauy Thai, knife/pens/flashlight, grappling, weapons retention and weapon disarms. for individuals ages 15 and up.
