CQT self-defense and combatives training emphasizes:

Close Quarters Tactical (CQT) offers practical self-defense and combatives training focused on realistic, civilian-applicable skills. These programs emphasize awareness, unarmed defense, and fight fundamentals that can be applied in everyday situations without relying on strength, size, or athletic background.
Training takes place in our dedicated mat room and is open to all experience levels, from first-time students to those seeking ongoing skill development.
Women’s Basic Self-Defense
Personal Safety & Awareness Training

This class is designed to provide simple, effective self-defense strategies for real-world situations. No prior experience is required, and techniques are taught to be accessible to a wide range of ages and physical abilities.
