Service Description

The Tactical Warrior Challenge is a high-intensity, multi-stage event designed to push teams through realistic tactical scenarios while testing skill, speed, communication, and decision-making under stress. Over three dynamic stages, participants apply firearms, combatives, and problem-solving in controlled but challenging environments. CQT provides all weapons, ammunition, simunition, and safety gear. Event Format: Teams of 2 compete across 3 stages Scoring is based on accuracy, timing, and tactical decision-making Limited teams per event to maintain intensity and safety Stage 1 - Shoot House Kill Box: 1-on-1 engagements using simunition, 30-second timed encounters, and limited rounds challenge participants’ efficiency, target acquisition, and stress performance. Points are awarded for center-mass hits in the kill zone. Stage 2 - Shock Knife Fight: Controlled duels with electrified training knives emphasize hand-to-hand combat, weapon retention, and decision-making under duress. Participants earn points for slashes (1 pt) and stabs (2 pts); first to 7 points wins the engagement. Stage 3 - Agent Rescue & Stress Shooting: Part 1 - Agent Rescue: Teams navigate from the pro shop to the shoot house, neutralize adversaries, and extract a “captured agent” back to safety, emphasizing tactical movement, teamwork, and threat elimination. Part 2 - Stress & Accuracy Shooting: Using 1 rifle and 1 pistol per team, shooters engage 10 targets from 45ft with limited rounds. Points are earned for speed and accuracy, with penalties for hitting non-threats, simulating real-world decision-making under pressure. Cancellation Policy

Close Quarters Tactical Registration Agreement, Policies & Liability Waiver By submitting a registration for any Close Quarters Tactical (CQT) course, class, or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and policies. Registration & Payment Submitting a registration does not guarantee a reservation. You are not officially registered until full payment is received. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. CQT reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration at its discretion. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and three (3) days prior to the class are not eligible for a monetary refund but may be rescheduled to a future available class. Course dates may be changed up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the class start time, subject to availability. Each registration may be rescheduled once. All cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing. Media Release CQT may photograph or record classes for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. Participants will be given the opportunity to opt out at the start of the class or by contacting mckayla.carlson@cqtusa.com prior to, during, or after the event. CQT is not liable for removing media published prior to an opt-out request but will make reasonable efforts to update content on CQT-controlled platforms. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver Participation in CQT training involves physically demanding activities and inherent risks, including injury, illness, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release, waive, and hold harmless Close Quarters Tactical, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Medical Acknowledgment & Acceptance You certify that you are physically and mentally capable of participating and agree to inform instructors of any limitations. By submitting your registration, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age (or have guardian consent), understand this agreement, and voluntarily accept all terms and conditions stated above.
